Make sure to restate the problem To paraphrase (They could have misunderstood your question) and to convey thank you. Yelling or swearing at the personnel will not get you what you would like. From what I have found, it can only get you for a longer time wait around periods, additional duplicate and pasted responses, and perhaps banned. Be well man
